Our team at Dorplex is committed to helping our customers navigate through this challenging time. In line with Government guidelines, Dorplex has re-opened for business with normal business hours and lead times. The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. We have implemented the Government of Ontario safety guidelines in all our plants. If you wish to visit our facility to pick up an order or meet with our staff, please call us in advance.
Is Dorplex open, have hours changed?
Dorplex is currently open for business during regular business hours (8:30AM-4:40PM M-F). We are operating with a reduced staff in order to adhere to physical distancing protocols. Please allow for longer than normal wait-times during this time. Our staff is doing their best to answer all inquiries in a timely manner.
How are you ensuring safety for your staff?
We are currently operating with a skeleton staff in order to maintain physical distancing protocols. All staff members in the front office are required to wear masks at all times and remain 6 feet apart. We are fortunate that our office space allows for us to do this safely.
Will there be processing delays?
All of our doors are being processed with regular lead-times.
Who can I get in touch with regarding purchasing an entry system?
Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM. One of our customer service representatives can point you to a distributor in your area that is currently accepting orders.
Are you selling directly to customers?
Dorplex does not sell directly to customers. If you would like to purchase a Dorplex entry system, please call us at (416) 744-3667 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in finding a dealer in your area.

How do I know your products are being prepared safely?
Our team is stringently adhering to physical distancing and disinfectant protocols. All of our products are handled with gloves ONLY and all of our staff wear masks.
